Nerebehi Community Appeals for Government Support to Complete School Project

The Assemblyman of Nerebehi, Hon Kwame Asante, in the Atwima Nwabiagya South Municipal of the Ashanti Region, has made a passionate appeal to the government to come to their aid and complete a five-unit classroom block for Nerebehi M/A JHS.
The school currently has only four rooms, forcing students to learn under trees, which not only affects their academic performance but also exposes them to harsh weather conditions.

Hon Kwame Asante revealed that the community has made significant progress on the project, reaching the roofing level, but needs government support to complete it.
He commended the community for their efforts in contributing to the project, but noted that they cannot complete it without government assistance.

Additionally, the primary school lacks a toilet facility, and the Assemblyman is urging the government to provide one, highlighting the difficulties students face in accessing basic amenities.
The community’s efforts to build the classroom block are a testament to their commitment to education, and it is hoped that the government’s intervention will help bring relief to the students and teachers.
